The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was located near some good cheap eats and shopping. We also liked that there was free transportation to the local airport.
The biggest issue we had with this hotel was the poor customer service. The staff was not very helpful and did not seem interested in making our Christmas holiday special.

The hotel offers modern, comfortable rooms with great amenities including a fridge, air con, and a nice shower. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay even better. Additionally, the free bike rental was a great way to explore this city without spending extra money on transportation.

Modern rooms, apartment-like. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Friendly and helpful owners. Nice courtyard and friendly dogs. Bicycles available for exploring. Convenience of nearby 7eleven and food stalls

This accommodation exceeded my expectations! the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a reasonable price tag. the bathroom was spotless, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated the free bike rental option that made exploring the local market and city center a breeze.
I did notice that the walls and ceiling were not the most inviting color combinations and seemed a bit drab for my taste.

The free bikes were a great way to explore the surrounding area. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the local market and a variety of tasty street food options. the room itself was cozy and perfect for our romantic escape. We especially liked the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the balcony.
The noise from the neighboring rooms was a bit bothersome, as we were hoping for a more peaceful retreat. the staff had difficulty communicating with us in English, which made it challenging when we had questions or needed assistance.
